WIC NW HUB - Building Futures

Building Futures is WIC North West’s end-of-year event for women across every part of the construction industry.
About this Event

Building Futures is WIC North West’s end-of-year event for women across every part of the construction industry.
Join us at 20 Stories, Manchester for an afternoon of great food, inspiring speakers, meaningful conversation and new connections, bringing together women from across construction in one room.
Whether you work on site, in a trade, consultancy, contracting, supply chain, professional services, or run your own business, whether you’re an apprentice, graduate, established professional or senior leader, Building Futures is for you.
Over a three-course lunch, we’ll hear from two fantastic guest speakers exploring subjects that matter to women at every stage of their lives and careers: financial confidence, planning and investment, and leadership, voice and visibility.
This is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, hear new perspectives, meet women from parts of the industry you might never normally encounter, and build relationships that extend beyond the afternoon.
Come for the setting, the speakers and the celebration. Leave with fresh perspective, new connections and a stronger network around you.
Whatever your role in construction, your future is worth investing in.
