Why do smart people still find themselves repeatedly choosing the wrong partners?
Many of us assume that attraction is random. But research in psychology suggests that our choices in relationships often follow deeper patterns.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore the hidden dynamics that influence who we feel drawn to, why certain relationship patterns repeat, and how our nervous system responds to closeness, conflict, and emotional vulnerability.
Rather than focusing on dating advice or quick fixes, this session invites participants to understand the psychological patterns that shape attraction and connection.
Through activities, guided reflection and discussion, participants will begin to recognize their own relationship patterns and learn how to approach dating and relationships with greater awareness.
In this workshop, we will explore:

• How attachment patterns influence relationship dynamics
• Common self-sabotaging behaviors in dating
• What a secure and healthy relationship tends to look like in practice
Format:
This is a small-group, interactive workshop designed for reflection and discussion.
To create a comfortable environment for conversation and participation, the group size is limited to 20 participants.
