Check out these free pollinator programs! Partnering for Pollinators is a collaboration between the Mayfield Congregational Church- United Church of Christ, Illinois Extension, and Wild Ones Rock River Valley Chapter. Wild Ones, Rock River Valley Chapter will be leading a program.
10 - 11 a.m.- During this program, learn from Janet Giesen and Karen Matz of Wild Ones, Rock River Valley Chapter, on why native plants matter.
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.- Native Plant Sale at the Country Road Greenhouses
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.- Open Garden- explore the flowers, butterflies, bees, and birds at your won pace during Mayfield Church's Summer Stop. Waystation gardeners will be available to answer your questions. Treat yourself to an ice cream sundae at the country church!
Monthly programs take place at the Mayfield Monarch Waystation, 28405 Church Rd, Sycamore, IL 60178. No fee or registration required— just show up!
