Join us for our first session of 2023! We'll be kicking off the new year with a slow and sultry routine by Leea Kuronen, with elements of blues, jazz, and musical theater. Grab your fedoras and dive into the world of Noir with us!Song: Why don't you do right? by Amy Irving
When: January 10, 17, 24, 31, and February 7, 14, and 21. We'll have an extra practice on the 28th for anyone who needs it.
Difficulty level: Expect a slow song and technical dance moves such as spins, high kicks, and floor work

Requirements: NO AUDITION. Previous dance experience is encouraged, but not required.
We will be performing this routine at local dance events around town. Performance participation is optional, yet encouraged.
Shoes: Black character shoes with your choice of heel height. We'll have some examples on the first night of classes! (Street shoes are not allowed on the studio floor!). You can practise in flats if you prefer.
Costumes: Slacks and crop-tops with suspenders. Costumes will be provided.

What are the COVID protocols going to be?
COVID protocols are subject to change at any time given the nature of the ongoing pandemic and concern for the safety of our community.
We will not be requiring vaccinations to participate in Dolls.
We will be using the data from the CDC website, and will require masks when the community levels are at or above level medium based on the Denver County statistics.
The Hannah Kahn studio is currently requiring masks when you are in the common areas of the building (front foyer and dressing room). This particular regulation is subject to change at any time and is out of our control.
