About this Event
Let’s face it, the industry sucks at culture change.
HR teams invest time and effort in culture initiatives that create short-term momentum, but never long-term change.
The impact? Senior leaders don’t believe you can change culture. HR aren’t respected. Budgets and resource are cut.
But it doesn’t need to be this way.
In this interactive session, Matt shares a new way to develop culture, based on over 650+ studies from behavioural science. A method that can create longer lasting impact for less money, time, and effort.
By attending, you’ll learn why:
- The culture change industry sucks.
- We must oversimplify culture to shift it
- Motivation and skills are overrated
- Culture change must be effortless.
- We must shift habits at three levels.
Even if you don’t learn these things, you’ll still have fun. The session is packed with good stories, bad jokes, and all sorts of amusing stuff.
Hope to see you there.
Guest speaker profile
Many consultants promise to ‘unlock’, ‘unleash’, ‘reinvent’, ‘reimagine’, and ‘transform’. Matt isn’t one of them.
Matt felt organisations and their people deserve better than these buzzwords. He wanted to find simpler, smarter solutions for people problems. Solutions that just ‘Click’.
That’s what inspired Matt to create Click, a specialist culture consultancy. Click are the first to specialise in applying the new science of habits to develop awe-inspiring cultures.
Before Click, Matt developed leaders, talent, and culture in over 100 organisations, first as a Consultant at Lane4 and then as a Senior Manager at EY.
Matt’s academic credentials include a multiple award-winning, first-class BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Bath and an Occupational Psychology MSc with Distinction from Birkbeck University. He’s also published and peer-reviewed research in academic journals.
But most importantly, he’s a self-confessed crazy cat person with two beautiful kittens, Nala and Flo.
