Join the Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (WNLI) for a program grounded in its new report on the demographic composition of the boards of Greater Philadelphia’s largest higher education and healthcare institutions and the importance of board diversity. The discussion will focus on what the findings mean for governance, leadership, representation, the future of our region, and the lives of all who call Greater Philadelphia home.

Jane Scaccetti, WNLI Co-chair, will open the program with a concise look at the new findings, including where progress has been made, where it has stalled and why transparency matters.
