A 5hr Wom(b)an-only Workshop exploring the magical realm above and between the legs - your pelvis and what lies within it!
Here we align to the feminine principle, an embodiment path that guides you to KNOW, TRUST, and ENJOY your body.
Under the Integrative Pelvic Health® methodology, we combine a sound anatomical understanding of this vital structure of the body with shamanic dream journeying to unlock new sensory awareness and inner guidance.
If anatomy had you yawning in school, it’s time to get reacquainted with this intimate chamber through a series of self-empowered bodywork practices.
We start by exploring the key elements of the anatomical structure of the pelvis, starting at the roots… your bones, an often ignored and forgotten part of the body.
You will learn how to further reawaken this sacred area with pelvic floor exercises that you can continue for lifelong discovery and ongoing resensitising to pleasure.
The bodywork practices you’ll be guided through are based on 40+ years of research-based knowledge in the field of modern anatomy and pelvic health.
As we journey into fascinating layers of the body through physical exercises we begin to open a portal to journeying into the shamanic realms where we receive information on the more subtle energetic level.
We close with dream journeying, a long-forgotten practice of the feminine mysteries, where we descend into the mystical parts of our individual and collective psyche, tapping into archetypal insights and messages.
Here you are guided into a shamanic inner journey, reawakening hidden dimensions of your awareness encoded in the body and womb.
