Under the Integrative Pelvic Health® methodology, we combine an anatomical understanding of this vital structure of the body with shamanic dream journeying to unlock a new sensory awareness and invite inner guidance.
The bodywork practices you’ll be guided through are based on 40+ years of research-based knowledge in the field of modern anatomy and pelvic health.
What follows is a powerful session of Kundalini Activation & Bodywork (focusing on the root and sacral chakra) - an energetic transmission that supports us to let go of stale emotions, old programming, and trauma in the body, while activating and balancing the flow of lifeforce energy in the body.
During Kundalini Activation one can experience anything from energetic pulsations and surges, emotional release, catharsis, spontaneous movement, vivid visuals, and bliss states.

Next you are guided into a shamanic dream journey, reawakening hidden dimensions of your awareness encoded in the body.
