Welcome to the Wholistic Happy Hour - A Women's, Femmes, and GentleThems Networking Event! Join us at The Corner Drafthouse for an evening of connection, empowerment, and good vibes. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, build relationships, and support each other in a welcoming environment.

Group Presentation:

Our hostess, Jessica, will be presenting the S.T.O.P. mindfulness practice. The S.T.O.P. practice is a versatile mindfulness exercise you can do anywhere at any time, especially handy when unexpected challenges arise. Whether you spend a minute or more on each part of the practice, it’s designed to help you center yourself.

We will also learn how to use neuroscience and holistic health to harmonize our hormones, PLUS how to medically advocate for our reproductive health.

Presentation: "Taking Your Hormones from a Liability to an Asset: How to Harness the Power of Your Menstrual Cycle"

This presentation will help women enhance their leadership skills by providing them with a deeper understanding of their menstrual cycle and how it impacts their energy, mood, and productivity. By learning to track their cycle and recognize the distinct phases, women can strategically plan their tasks and responsibilities to align with their natural hormonal fluctuations. Additionally, this knowledge empowers women to advocate for themselves and create more balanced and supportive work environments.

• Location: The Corner Drafthouse, 495 Laurel St, 92101, Bankers Hill. Free parking available under the building, the entrance to the parking lot is on Fourth Ave. Look for a garage entrance in a red brick building, the Drafthouse parking is kind of to the Left in the back. The spots are labeled Drafthouse
