Cynthia M. Flowers is a Registered Nurse and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Cynthia's primary demographic are mid-life adults who are making their health and wellbeing a priority again and those seeking strategies to manage chronic lifestyle diseases. Having started her wellness journey in her late 40's after prioritizing parenting and other roles, Cynthia's four pillar wellness perspective highly resonates with women who desire a whole person wellness approach that encompasses Faith, Family, Finances and Fitness. Cynthia's goal as a wellness provider is to promote intergenerational health and healing that allows individuals to live life in full bloom at every stage!
