Whole Animal Butchery Workshop πͺπStudents will gather around a beautiful forest-raised Heritage @uprootmeats pork carcass and spend the evening learning where their food comes from, how a whole pig is broken down, and how to make the most of every cut from nose to tail.
This isn't a lecture. We approach hands-on. Knives in hand. Questions encouraged. Real food knowledge shared across all experience levels.
The best part? All are welcome. Complete beginners and experienced pitmasters alike will gain confidence working with a whole animal while honoring the life that feeds us.
