Tina Langdok is an accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and Professional Yoga Therapist in Milwaukee. In this one-hour program, she will present the basics of mindfulness and guide participants through a short meditation practice. She will also explain the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness as a stress-reduction technique that is based in neuroscience, and she will teach simple techniques for using mindfulness as a support in our lives when challenges arise.
