WHAT: be a movie extra in Who Killed Simon Braggart?

WHEN: Sunday, Sep 29, 2024 - 11:30 AM (we’ll be done by 5 PM)

WHERE: The 418 Project, 155 South River Street, Santa Cruz (tip: there’s a city parking garage just next door and you get 2 hours free parking)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: on the day of the shoot, we will provide accessories such as hats, ties, gloves, etc., and people to help you get ready. You will need to arrive wearing a basic outfit that appears to be from the 1940s and is appropriate for someone attending a film premiere.

By this we mean:

A dress or evening gown
A suit or tuxedo
Men wore suits with wide lapels, full trousers, wide ties and lace up shoes
Women wore structured suits/jackets and knee length dresses with wide shoulders, heels were 2” (no higher)

We suggest an internet search for “1940s’ movie premiere” or “1940s film premiere crowd” for ideas.

All participants will need to sign an actor release on the day of the event.
