Who Am I
Join Brenda Kerrs for a two-hour Recovery College workshop exploring identity, strengths, values and the person you are becoming in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Together we'll explore:
• The strengths and qualities you already have
• The values that matter most to you
• The labels you want to leave behind
• The experiences that have shaped you
• The person you want to become
Through practical activities, guided reflection and discussion, you'll create your own personal identity map and leave with a deeper understanding of what makes you, you.
This workshop is designed for:
• Anyone wanting to better understand themselves
• People exploring life beyond roles, labels or past experiences
• Anyone wanting to identify their strengths, values and direction
• People looking for a supportive space to reflect, learn and grow
You decide what you'd like to share. There is never any pressure to discuss personal experiences, and you're welcome to participate in whatever feels comfortable for you.
