Sunday, May 24, 2026 10:30AM - 1:30PM Join GSMBC-Certified Instructor Shawn Gentry for a 3-hour Jump Clinic at Rattlesnake Bike Park. Coach Shawn will bring a collection of 4 MTB Hopper ramps, custom landers, and an AIRBAG. This portable, predictable and consistent jump line is tried-and true and will help to take your airborne adventures to the next level. Periodically throughout the clinic, we take your new skills to dirt on one of the best progressive jump trails in the SouthEast: 50 Shades of Clay and Dirt Surfer.

Bike/Body Separation Review
Body Position & Balance
Body Wedge & Foot Wedge Technique
Suspension Loading & Timing
The Jump Technique
Plenty of Jump Repetitions!
This clinic is for riders, ages 13 years and older. You should have a decent foundation with good fundamentals before you start learning to jump. Riders who have been riding less than 1 year are encouraged to schedule a private lesson with a WhitetailMTB coach to get your fundamentals dialed-in before a jump clinic.
