Join us to collect trash now that the grazers ? have cleared the grass out of Whitehouse Creek.
This will be a bit of a ranging cleanup as we will be covering a good distance while we get all the trash out of the creek.
We will also hit the back side of sound walls area along the railroad tracks, time permitting.
Best place to park will be along Springhurst Drive at the bridge that crosses the creek.
Of note, the neighborhood will be having their annual community garage sale, so prepare for a little extra traffic on the residential streets.
Elk Grove is worth the work!
New to cleanups? Please arrive early to get signed in and get gear. If you have supplies, please bring your own gloves, buckets, bags, but we have items for you. Buckets, gloves, grabbers, vests, bags.
Please wear appropriate clothing, boots ? or closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, hats, and bring your own water.
All cleanups are done at your own risk, but safety first! Our trash safety talk starts promptly at 9:00 am.

We want to give a shout out to a neighbor in Camden Pointe who helped clean some of the creek already towards the west. ?
