Whitehall wrestlers and prospective wrestlers. Hydration and skin fold test number 2 is November 10th starting around 11:30am. Ladies first.
Remember to drink a few glasses of water a day. It's good for you and helps you pass the test. Please don't be hammering a gallon of water an hour before the test. It's not healthy and won't help you.
Test is in the middle school locker rooms.
