These special events occur monthly, running from May throughout October, bringing members and their guests together over three courses paired with curated cocktails, wine and beer from our favorite Colorado-based partners.

Feeling festive this May? We're stoked to be kicking off our Supper Club series with a Mexican Cinco de Mayo inspired cuisine paired with our beverage partner, at White Rabbit Tavern. These lively dining gatherings are the perfect opportunity to break bread and build community while you dive into menus prepared by Chef Rachel Wilke of White Rabbit Tavern. Let the celebrated kings of the kitchen wow you with seasonally inspired, diligently procured and artfully plated courses.

Supper Club Timeline

• 5:30pm -- Welcome Drink
• Tastings of Madre Mezcal newest product, Sparkling Mezcal Canned Desert Water
• 6:00pm -- Appetizer and Welcome Message
• Pozole (GF/DF)
• 6:30pm -- Mezcal Tastings with Main Courses
• Tastings of Espadin, Ensamble, Ancestral Mezcal with Elote Flatbread & Jalapeno Esquites Fritters and Carne Asada Chalupas
• 7:00pm -- Dessert Cocktail + Dessert Course
• Mezcal Espresso Martini + Mangoada Sorbet and/or HausMade Churros
• 7:30pm -- Conclude

Here's a sneak peek on our beverage partner, Madre Mezcal!

Madre is a certified artisanal mezcal from Mexico. Hand-made in the hills of Oazaca. Crafted in open-air palenques using only agaves roasted in an earthen oven, water from local aquifers and fermented with airbone yeast. Madre reflects the essence of the earth is it's purest form.
