After a successful run in New York City this spring, Montréal comedian Rose-Ingrid Benjamin is bringing their powerful solo performance to the city. Blending spoken word, music, and storytelling, White As Snow charts the journey of a queer eldest daughter from an immigrant family coming home to herself. White As Snow is a journey from altar to aftermath, inviting us to reckon with who we become after all our idols come crashing down.
The performance is in English, with French and Kreyòl featured in memories and songs.
The performance will be followed by a bilingual talkback with Rose-Ingrid Benjamin, writer and performer, and Katie James, musical director and composer.
This performance is produced in collaboration with PAQC as part of Wild Pride 2026.
