Whistler Barossa Long Lunch

Our good mate Sam Pfeiffer is back in town in March and we can never pass up the opportunity to sit down with him over a long lunch for a bit of a yarn! Sam took over Whistler, the family winery, a few years back and has really made his mark on the Barossa wine scene in a very short time. We’ll kick things off with the ‘Dry as a Bone’ Rose (the perfect wine for our QLD climate!) before focusing on their outstanding single vineyard Estate reds… and Sam has also promised to sneak up a few bottles of his 2021 Reserve Shiraz from his museum collection – never before seen in QLD.
