Our Executive Chef has dreamed up the perfect pairings for an extraordinary evening with the ultra-premium WhiskeyPig Rye Whiskey!
Eat, sip, and enjoy while they walk you through their creative process of crafting the 4-course whiskey dinner pairing.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and live music in our lobby bar overlooking the resort-style pool. After enjoying your first beverage and meeting with other patrons, you'll be seated in the Crystal Ballroom for the rest of the event. You'll have the choice to have an intimate dinner with your party or meet new people by sitting at a family-style table. Our Executive Chef and WhiskeyPig ambassador will passionately describe each course, the pairing, and how the flavor profiles of each compliment each other. You will learn how WhiskeyPig has mastered the art of ultra-premium Rye Whiskies while indulging in an equally crafted meal.

- Longbone Kurobuta Pork Chop with Smoked Sugar Brulee, Maple Glazed Jumbo Grilled Shrimp, Potato Mousseline, and Haricot Vert
- Bourbon Bread Pudding
