It is with great pleasure we welcome our friends from Saltsmith to the Casa de Vinos Lounge for an afternoon of whisky, rum and bacon! Over the last few months, we have been working on this event, incorporating whisky and rum in the Saltsmith bacon curing process, and the result has blown us all away… We’ll be trying unique bacons produced just for the day, Saltsmith regular releases and even bacon desserts from one of Melbourne’s best chefs. The ideal event for spirit and food enthusiasts alike this is an afternoon not to be missed!
