Whisky & Cheese is one of life’s greatest pairings, so join us at the Drinks Lab for a whisky tasting featuring locally sourced cheese and an accompanying food pairing.

We’ll start with a welcome highball to sip on while we talk you through four different single malt Scotch whiskies and their pairings, chatting about where each comes from, the flavours we might find, and any interesting stories we find. We’ll discuss how its made and the history of whisky in Scotland, from it’s illicit past through its tumultous boom and bust eras, to the exciting modern whisky landscape.
