Whiskey Sippers Workshop

A little clay, a little whiskey, and a whole lot of luck. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend by handbuilding your own set of whiskey sippers in this BYOB class. Using soft slabs of clay, you’ll shape, decorate, and personalize your pieces with stamps and underglazes to create a set that’s totally your own. No wheels here—just your hands in clay, good design, and good vibes. Perfect for beginners, friends, and anyone looking to make something fun and functional.

What:
One-Day BYOB Handbuilding Pottery Class

When:
Sunday, March 15th, from 2:00–4:00 pm

Accessing the Studio:
The front doors to the PACA building are locked. When you arrive, please call (814) 520-5089 and your instructor will buzz you in.

We’ll kick things off with a short demo before diving into slab building and surface design. Stamps and underglazes will be available to help you add shamrocks, patterns, or your own signature style. All materials, glazing, and firings are included. Finished sippers will be ready for pickup in 2–4 weeks.

Ages 21+. Class is limited to 12 students.
This is a BYOB class—please drink responsibly.

? Do I need experience?
Nope! This class is beginner-friendly.

? What should I bring?
Your favorite whiskey (or beverage of choice) and a good attitude—we’ll handle the clay.

? What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that can get muddy. Tie back long hair and skip jewelry.

? What if my piece cracks?
Clay has a mind of its own sometimes. We handle everything with care, but losses can happen.

? When do I pick them up?
About 2–4 weeks after class. Pickup details will be provided.

Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before class. Processing fees may apply.
