Join us at Western Reserve Distillers for the Whiskey Legends Dinner — a five-course culinary experience curated by Chef Scott Popovic, celebrating the best of Kentucky, Ohio, and Scotland.

This exclusive evening showcases an extraordinary whiskey lineup: the legendary Blanton’s Straight from the Barrel, the elusive Justin’s House of Bourbon 12-Year (only six barrels ever produced), the timeless Macallan 18, and two award-winning expressions from Western Reserve Distillers — our 8-Year Single Barrel and 10-Year Barrel Proof Bourbon.

Each course is artfully crafted to complement the complexity and depth of these rare spirits — from caramelized apple and bacon risotto with pan-seared scallops to a pumpkin crème brûlée kissed with burnt ginger sugar.

To conclude the evening, guests will enjoy one additional pour of their choice from our Wall of Whiskey in the gift shop — featuring a remarkable collection of bourbons, ryes, and world whiskies. (Excludes Macallan 25.)

Amuse Bouche

Beef Fat Popcorn with dehydrated beef, smoked sea salt, scallions, and beef fat butter

First Course

Pan-Roasted Sea Scallops with caramelized apple and bacon risotto, finished with Western Reserve Distillers Rum butter sauce

Second Course

Roasted beets and butternut squash with goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, and harissa hummus

Third Course

Filet of Strip Steak with corn spoonbread, arugula, and Western Reserve Distillers Bourbon reduction

Fourth Course

Pumpkin Crème Brûlée with burnt ginger sugar and fresh mint
