Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.

Enter into the world of Whiskey. Your instructor will take you on a trip around the globe as you explore the different styles of Whiskey. This Academy will teach you how to create intriguing cocktails based on Scotch, Japanese Whisky, Rye and more. Learn proper technique with a heavy focus on stirred cocktails. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from one of our seasoned mixologists. Upon class completion, each guest has the opportunity to purchase our full service mixology kit to recreate cocktails at home.

Covid protocols- All participants are required to wear a face covering during the instruction portion of the class. Classes will max out at 14 participants, socially distanced. Temperatures will be taken upon entry to the lounge. Face masks and hand sanitizer will be available should you need.
