Whiskey Bottle Candle-Making Class

Join us for a fun night of whiskey-themed crafting on Friday, April 18, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We'll be making 18oz fragrant candles in recycled whiskey bottles at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distillery in San Antonio, Texas.

In this 2-hour class, you'll learn the art and science of candle making. Choose from six fragrances or try a combination of fragrances to create your own unique scent: whiskey, leather, pine, birch, vanilla and alpine lake.

We'll provide you with a recycled whiskey bottle as your candle vessel and all of the supplies and equipment needed to make one 18oz candle in your choice of scent to enjoy at home or give as a gift! Enjoy light snacks and craft cocktails or beer while you craft and connect with other class-goers! (While light snacks will be provided with your ticket cost, drinks are not included with your ticket.)

Your ticket includes all supplies and equipment needed to create one 18oz scented candle in a recycled whiskey bottle and fun, friendly instruction from Courtney, owner and candlemaker of celyse studio. Light snacks will be provided.

Drinks are not included in the ticket price. We so appreciate Ranger Creek Brewing & Distillery opening up their venue for this class and encourage everyone to purchase and enjoy a drink or two!

Candle curing process: To safely transport your candle home, it will need to cure and cool for at least 45 minutes after pouring. We invite you to hang out and enjoy conversation and drinks while you wait for your candle to cool. If you prefer not to stick around and wait, you're welcome to return to Ranger Creek later the same week to pick up your candle.
