Whimsical Drawing Workshop

Come join us at Plaza Art – Rockville with artist Dana Zatman for a fun and creative 6-session Whimsical Drawing Workshop.

If you’ve ever said, “I can’t draw,” then this is the class for you. Dana will guide you through drawing techniques that are fun and fearless. You will leave wanting to create every day! This is an untraditional drawing class, and no experience is needed. For the first class bring a sketchbook and pen. The Canson Mixed Media Paper Pad, spiral bound, 7”x 10” is a great sketchbook for this class. You can purchase one at Plaza Art before the class!

During the workshop, you'll learn various techniques to create whimsical and imaginative drawings that will bring a smile to your face. Dana will guide you through the process, providing tips and tricks to help you bring your ideas to life on paper.

ABOUT DANA:

Dana Zatman is a multidisciplinary artist, digital illustrator, and instructor. She is known for her enthusiastic approach in the classroom and the vibrant colors used throughout her artwork. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design at the University of Michigan. Dana worked in the corporate world of graphic design and advertising before becoming a full time studio artist and instructor. She has found joy in sharing her passion for art with others. She teaches regularly and at workshops throughout the Washington, D.C. area.
