Looking for a way to nourish your body and soul? Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound at our upcoming sound bath event! It'll be the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and experience deep relaxation.
Imagine being surrounded by the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, ocean drum, and Tibetan bowls as you let go of all your worries and anxieties. Our certified sound practitioner, Kali will guide you through this unique experience, helping you release any emotional blockages or negative thoughts that have been weighing you down.
This isn't just another run-of-the-mill relaxation event - it's a transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed from the inside out. So, come and join us on Friday May 10th from 6:00-8:00pm at Whidbey Island Crafter’s Market & Studios to experience the magic of sound baths for yourself!
Benefits of Sound Healing may include: stress reduction, pain relief, activating intuition, enhancing creativity, promoting general wellness and vitality. Sound Healing also supports emotional well being and may be helpful to those with depression and anxiety. This is a safe healing space.

Please arrive @ 6:00pm to shop for 30 min and check out the amazing hand made items done by local artists on Whidbey! (They’re extending shopping hours for us) Then find your spot and settle in for a relaxing evening. At 6:30pm we will be embarking on our 60 minute sound journey together!
What to bring:
? Your favorite yoga mat or blanket for base, snuggliest pillow, and a warm blanket to keep you cozy throughout the session. (Pm me if you need to borrow a yoga mat)
? A pair of socks to keep your feet warm.
? Eye masks are highly encouraged. *Creates an enhanced experience that will transport you to another world.*
(Eye masks are available to purchase for $1.00 cash)
? Your favorite water bottle.
? And last but not least, come with an open mind and a willingness to let go and surrender to the healing power of sound! Get ready to unwind, rejuvenate, and transform!
Our soundbath is open to anyone over the age of 16 (with guardian) who wants to relax and unwind. Your experience will be followed by Tea and snacks ☺️
