About this Event
The springtime is a beautiful reminder that growth happens in many forms and at different paces. Just as seeds take time to root, gardens still require care so each flower can grow and bloom at its own pace.
This event is an invitation to slow down and reflect on the lessons and wisdom the spring season offers about growth, renewal, patience, and tending to ourselves with care.
Whether you feel like you are in full bloom, still planting seeds, or somewhere in between, this gathering offers an inviting space for you to pause, connect, and be reminded that growth does not have to be rushed to matter.
This event is for you if:
- You are craving space to slow down and reflect during the spring season.
- You enjoy thoughtful conversations about personal growth, well-being, and the wisdom we can learn from nature.
- You want to explore what it means to practice self-care in a more intentional and holistic way.
- You’re curious about the lessons this season may be offering you about patience, renewal, and growth.
- You’re looking for a welcoming and supportive space to reflect, share, and connect with others.
- You want to leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected to yourself and the season you’re in.
Through guided reflection, conversation, and gentle mindfulness practices, we’ll explore how the rhythms of nature can inspire the ways we nurture our own holistic well-being and our own ability to bloom. No sense of urgency required.
During our time together, you will be guided through:
- A calming, spring-inspired breathwork meditation to help you reconnect with your breath and body.
- Gentle reflection prompts inspired by the lessons and rhythms of the spring season.
- Guided journaling to help you explore what it means to tend to your “inner garden.”
- Meaningful group conversation in a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Opportunities to reflect on the lessons you are learning this season and how they can support your well-being.
- Time to create personal affirmations to carry with you into the season.
You will leave this gathering feeling:
- More calm and grounded
- Inspired by the wisdom that the spring season offers
- Encouraged to care for yourself with deeper intention and compassion
- Supported by the shared reflections and insights of others navigating their own season of growth
- Reminded that meaningful growth does not have to be rushed and blooming at your own pace is more than enough
While this event will be the closing gathering of our Bloom at a SLOWER Pace Spring Wellness Series, this event is open to all – whether you have attended previous gatherings in the series or are joining for the first time. Together, we’ll close the series with thoughtful conversation, gentle reflection and a renewed commitment to tending to ourselves with patience, intention, and care.
Sliding Scale Pricing:
To help make this gathering accessible to more members of our community, this event is offered using a community sliding scale. A sliding scale allows participants to choose a ticket price that best reflects their current financial capacity. Slower Pace Embrace utilizes this approach to support with providing equitable access to our services. We invite you to choose the rate that meets you where you are and feels right, doable and accessible to you in this moment.
If you are able to select the Pay It Forward Ticket, your contribution helps make it possible for others in our community to attend who may need additional financial support. Choosing this option is a meaningful way to support the accessibility and sustainability of these gatherings.
If your resources are more limited, you are warmly invited to select one of the lower-priced options. Each ticket offers the same experience, and we’re grateful to welcome you into this shared space of care, reflection and connection.
These gatherings are rooted in the belief that wellness and care should be accessible to everyone. While this event is offered on a community sliding scale, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If the ticket prices still feel out of reach for you at this time, please feel welcome to reach out. If this applies to you, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we’ll do our best to support your participation.
Space for this gathering is intentionally limited to create a more intimate experience. Reserve your spot and join us for this meaningful pause.
