This workshop is a hands-on, practical deep dive into coaching clients through real transitions and turning points. And because this is also a live community event, you won't just be learning in theory. You'll be coaching real people with real stories across a period of 3 sessions minmally.

For those who are new to this, here's what you can expect as a coach in these TruCoach™ Workshops.

Following the success of our TruCoach™ Workshops in 2024, Executive Coach International (ECI) has planned another series of coaching engagements and activities this year for the coaches that have trained with us. How do YOU differentiate yourself as a ECI-trained coach in the market of coaches out there? How do you create the impact that you intend for, for your clients? How do you inspire and create the willingness in the clients that you want to coach? Looking for different clients to clock your coaching hours to attain your ACC / PCC or even MCC and to expand your coaching repertoire? This is for you.

We have curated workshops to provide you with not only the theoretical aspects of the curriculum, we will also be bringing in clients in these events for you to learn how to network with and put the theory into practice immediately with the presence of our trainer during the workshops. And, if you are able to find a match with the client, you get to work with them for up to 3 coaching sessions. The average range of number of hours clocked from these sessions per coach is from 25 hours to a high of 80 hours and counting..As an exchange, clients can donate a token sum to our chosen charity organisation this year - Ambulance Wish Singapore.

For each ticket, it includes:

A) Pre-Event

1) A pre-event online session led by Wei Ping with an assigment to prepare before the workshop, together with resources that you can use to build your own coach profiles for your own coaching business;

2) A step-by-step guide on how to identify your very own unique selling points (USP), and create a solid set-up with your clients that creates the WILLINGNESS to be coached and to commit to what they've set out to do? How do you structure your coach-client set up from day 1 so that you can find ways to continue building the relationship with your client and get you to partner them through their journey?;

3) Use this chance to build your online profile for future usage as you create your platform as a coach, and learn from fellow coaches on how they have managed to boost thier online presence. ECI will also be publishing your profiles on our page for further marketing!

4) Learn how to do a pitch to your clients based on their issues that they want to solve;

B) During Event

5) An in-person session with clients invited on 18th April (Saturday) to learn how to do your client chemistry test and the administration of a coach-client contract.

6) Get feedback from REAL clients on your coach's profile

7) Get a checklist of the stages to do a proper and more inviting setup for a coaching session with an external client

8)Connect with a client (or more) during the event and work with them for up to 3 sessions outside of the event based on your arrangement with them - which means more hours and experience!

9) Build up your network with coaches and clients together

C) Post-Event

10) A facilitated debrief session after 1 month of the coach-client engagement with fellow coaches to share your learnings, challenges and questions as a completion, so as to gain XP for your growth as a coach.

11 ) A personalised coaching feedback form including the client's feedback and testimonials for you. so that you can start using these to build your portfolio, as well as to get a sense of how your coaching sessions have landed for your clients!

When will this workshop be?

One day workshop on 18th April 2026 (Saturday), 2pm to 5pm.

This will be a physical event as the clients that we have shortlisted will also be attending too!

For coaches, this will be a hands-on workshop specially curated for you to learn the different ways to work with their clients and how to run a chemistry test in a casual and fun way! You will also be interacting with your selected clients in person to have a chat and set up your coaching enagagements with them. No coaching will occur during the workshops, the coaching sessions will begin with your clients after the workshop. Refreshments provided too!

Who is it for? Coaches of all levels are welcome! *

You must be a ECI alumni to be able to sign up.

1) Coaches of any level who are looking for opportunities to work with a variety of clients to expand your capacity and breadth as a coach and clock coaching hours towards certification;

2) Coaches who have the intention to run your own private practice or do coaching as a freelance engagement : you will get to see how a coaching engagement is set up from start to end and learn from fellow coaches on the different challenges encountered.

3) Seasoned and certified coaches who want to make a difference and impact the lives of people through your coaching skills.

Workshop 1 (18th April 2026): Where Stories Change: The Art of Coaching Life's Turning Points
This is the perfect entry point for 2026. Whether you're new to coaching external clients or looking to sharpen your practice, this workshop focuses on performance coaching, helping clients close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. You'll learn how to coach someone through a full transition or project, set meaningful goals with your clients, and structure a coaching engagement that goes beyond a single session. For those just getting started, this builds the foundation. For experienced coaches, this adds a powerful new dimension to your repertoire.

Workshop 2 (18th July 2026): Money, Meaning and Motivation: Coaching Through Financial Anxiety, Career Reinvention and Purpose More clients than ever are arriving at coaching with a quiet but urgent question underneath everything else: "Am I building a life that actually means something to me?" This workshop equips you to coach the intersection of money, identity, and meaning. You'll learn how to hold space for financial anxiety without giving financial advice, how to coach someone reinventing their career from scratch, and how to help clients separate what they've been told to want from what they actually do. One of the most human, and most needed, coaching spaces right now.

Workshop 3 (7th November 2026): The Inner Game of Leadership: Coaching Managers, Leaders and the People Becoming Them
Leadership coaching is one of the most in-demand niches a coach can work in, and this workshop is your entry point. First-time managers, mid-level leaders under pressure, senior professionals stepping into bigger roles than they feel ready for, these clients need a coach who understands the inner game behind the title. You'll learn how to work with imposter syndrome, identity shifts, and the weight of being the person others look to. Because the best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers.
