Where Love Still Lives: Navigating the Holidays After Loss

The holidays can be a beautiful time of year, but when you’re grieving the loss of someone you love, they can also bring emotions that are difficult to navigate.
On Saturday, November 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., I’ll be offering Where Love Still Lives: Navigating the Holidays After Loss, a sacred holiday grief workshop at West Valley Center for Spiritual Living.
This four-hour experience is open to anyone who is grieving a loss, whether you’ve lost a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, family member, friend, or a beloved pet. Every relationship is unique, and every loss deserves to be honored.
Together, we’ll explore gentle ways to navigate the holiday season while making space for both your grief and the love that remains. Our time together will include remembrance rituals, reflection, self-care practices, creative expression, guided meditation, sound healing, and opportunities to connect with others who understand that the holidays can feel very different after loss.
You’ll also receive a Where Love Still Lives workbook, a special keepsake, and take-home resources to support you throughout the holiday season.
The cost is $30, and my hope is to create a compassionate space where you don’t have to hide your grief, explain it, or move through it alone.
