The evening begins above the shoreline, where intimate dining comes alive for a reception of passed canapés and welcome drinks. As the experience unfolds, the setting shifts into Klaw’s dining room, where the tasting menu progresses course by course in an immersive exploration of texture, terroir, and tide.
Set against the waterfront backdrop of Biscayne Bay, this evening celebrates sustainable fine dining with a fresh perspective. Join us in celebrating the richness found where land and sea converge.
