This workshop is for parents/carers of children aged 3-11 years.
Learn to recognise common childhood worries, discover practical ways to support you child, and understand how your reactions can help create calm, confident environment at home.
We will explore:

▪️Explore ways to support you child
▪️Understanding our own reactions
▪️What supports are available to you.
(Parents may bring babies under 5 months, but this session is not suitable for children to attend.)
