On the 10th May we are bringing you a new club night concept! Four of Birmingham's upcoming bands will take to the main stage at the Asylum Venue for a stacked line up of original grunge, rock, emo and nu metal tunes. At 10.30PM the gig curfew will land and the party will carry on straight through to the early hours! When We're Dead: Formerly known as Y!KES, Birmingham grunge riff machines 'When We're Dead' will headline the event performing tracks from their debut album 'Lona Misa'. It will be their first ever show under the new lineup, Liam and Oli recently being joined by Tom Gelsthorpe on the drums and Nev Anning on the bass. If 90's/Y2K rock and britpop with a 2025 face lift is what scratches the itch in your brain, these guys are what you're looking for. FFO Nirvana, Alice In Chains, STP, MCR and BMTH. Lorenka: Channelling introspection and messy femininity into moody alt-rock anthems, LORENKA is an independent artist from Birmingham, UK.
