About this Event
Move with freedom, flow with connection. This is the first of two house dance workshops led by —come to one or both! Each session is a complete class on its own, so no prior attendance is required.
In this workshop, Sharon will guide you through the basics of house dance—fundamental steps, grooves, and ways to explore your own movement. Instead of choreography, we’ll focus on freestyle, improvisation, and feeling the music in community.
- All levels welcome—no dance experience necessary!
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in
