We often take time to appreciate the people in our lives, but when was the last time you paused to appreciate yourself?
This November, give yourself 90 minutes to slow down, reflect, and acknowledge all that you are and all that you've given.
Through guided meditation, gentle reflection, journaling, and restorative Reiki, you'll be invited to recognize your own strength, honor your journey, and embrace yourself with gratitude and grace.
You'll also take home a journal, a fresh rose, an eye mask, and a little chocolate treat—thoughtful reminders to continue making time for yourself beyond the circle.
No prior Reiki experience is needed. Just come as you are.
