This is a story about a young man struggling to find his purpose in life and how with the help of an unexpected mentor, his journey will influence the lives of other young men like him, plus his close friend Cherese. When the Cats Come will show you the challenges that young men of color face to be accepted in society. This production will also give affective, proven solutions that made positive changes in the mind of one young, confused, but gifted young man. Teaching him to use his gift of writing and speaking, helped to influence changes in his community and ultimately altering his destiny and several of his peers.

So come with us as we walk you through TRUE encounters that affected positive change in the life of one young man, who wanted a better life for his friends, through making better choices for himself. You will understand the meaning behind the title When the Cats Come.
