Every chapter of my life has pulled me to emerge again as a better version of myself.
From being in sales, to coaching, to building my wallpaper business... through unhealthy relationships, healing chronic illness in a way the doctors said weren't possible, and starting over more than once. I've learned that every new level reveals the next layer of ourselves that hold us back.
For me, the pull I felt to move forward into something new exposed the layers that were hiding behind self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns.

I learned that it wasn't because I was broken, but because there were parts of me I hadn't learned to understand yet.

Once I could see those patterns without guilting or shaming myself for having them, I could move through them into more of what I want!

If you've read all the self help books, listened to the podcasts, invested in yourself, done the work, and made some amazing changes but yet still find yourself asking, "Why do I keep doing this?",
this experience is for you.

You've reached a point where you can feel that a new version of you is trying to emerge.

A fuller expression of yourself. A different way of leading. A different way of living.

You know there's more in you... but you can't seem to stop getting in your own way when it matters.

Over the past few months, I'VE HEARD WOMEN SAY THINGS LIKE:
"There's more of me screaming to emerge and I don't know how to let her."
"I've created a beautiful life but I can't slow down."
"I know what I want to do, but then I watch myself not do it and I can't get out of the cycle"
"I know there's more I can create with my life."
"I want to feel as good as I look on paper"
"I keep getting in my own way."

(Ex: Procrastinating, binging food, drinking, rebelling against bedtime, people pleasing, skipping the gym, playing victim, interrupting your rest time, being constantly anxious, or fill in the blank with what your thing is.)

You could be trying to get healthier, build or continue to grow a business, become better in your career, heal through a big life change or simply have that internal burning for more you feel inside that's ready to show up.

It's time to witness yourself in a whole new way.
More often than not, your self-sabotage is a form of self-protection.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS CREATED
for women who've already invested in becoming more self-aware and are ready to become more self-trusting.
Together, we'll uncover the hidden beliefs your actions have been reinforcing, explore what those patterns have been trying to protect, and begin rebuilding unwavering self-trust by closing the gap between self-expression and self-protection.

DURING THIS INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL:
- Discover why self-sabotage is often self-protection—not a lack of discipline.
- Identify the hidden beliefs your actions have been reinforcing.
- Learn how your behavior reveals what your nervous system has learned to trust.
- Explore the gap between who you want to be and the patterns you've been living.
- Experience a simple embodiment practice to help you move from self-protection toward self-expression in the moments that matter.
- Leave with practical tools you can begin applying immediately.

You're allowing more of who you already are to emerge.
Come find out how :)

I can't wait to share this experience with you.

The tools I'll be sharing, and the journey I'll be taking you through in this experience are the same ones I use in my life today, and the ones I'll use at every next level of my life. They've helped me not only recognize my patterns, but move through them with greater awareness as I continue to build a life that feels aligned with my authentic self-expression and that reflects beliefs I have about the world.

I created this workshop because these are the tools that no one else is teaching.
Hope to see you there. xox
