Have you ever wanted to go off-road, adventure cycling through the Box-ironbark forests of central Victoria? Have you wanted access to a planned range of road and off-road courses over a long weekend with something to interest everyone in the family?
Well then Wheels & Wattle is for you!
Maryborough Rotary Club is planning a new cycling event with three road courses of varying distances – including a ‘King of the Mountain’ hill climb – and three courses through the State Forests surrounding Maryborough, on the AFL Grand Final Weekend.
There will be walks and activities showcasing the gold rush and indigenous history of central Victoria … something to interest everyone in a safe, family-friendly environment based at Princes Park in the centre of Maryborough. Camping will be available.
