Here we, here we, here we, go yall. Unless I have/get to be at a soccer game Wheelin from Wig's is on until the time changes again.
When: Every Wed at 1730 from the back parking lot of the shop
Recomended Bike : gravel or Mountain
Distance: 20-25 miles
Surface: pave and dirt
Intensity: Fast and super fast (working on the fast group to build it up). Pace going out 12-15 for the fast, 20-25 for the super fast.
Post ride gathering in the parking lot. BYOB
