Time: Pre dinner drinks 5:30pm for 6:30pm start – midnight.

Tickets:
Adult: $75 per person, 3 course meal (drinks not inc). Alternate drop entree, & main, set dessert.*
Entree
•Pumpkin and gruyère arancini with micro salad
•Pork belly, burnt apple, celeriac puree
Mains
•Beef sirloin (250g), olive oil whipped mash, onion rings, bacon and shallot sauce
•Roasted chicken kiev, ricotta dumplings, baby spinach, chicken jus
Dessert
•Milk chocolate ganache, puffed rice, berries, dehydrated chocolate
Pre-Adult (12-17): $60*
Children (3-12): $25* Choice of set meal (4 options) with side salad or cut crudites, drink and ice cream.
