What’s Next?: Calling 911 During a Mental Health Crisis

When someone has a mental health crisis, sometimes there is no choice but to call 911 and receive a police response. What are the circumstances that require this? What can individuals and their families expect when something like this happens? What can the family/loved ones who are present do to help in this situation?
