Did you know there are nearly 100 organizations and initiatives in the Charlotte area dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs talents as they pursue careers, find housing, and connect socially?

We know the question of “What’s Next” comes up a lot and it can be very hard to answer. So, we decided to reach out to our friends at Camp Blue Skies, Philips Academy, and A Special Needs Plan and work together to help out. Here’s what we decided: Let’s create a Transition Fair and invite these many organizations to gather in one room and make it easier for parents, caregivers, and individuals with special talent to get to know what resources are out there in the community.

The “What’s Next?” Transition Fair will be held at the Philips Academy Fellowship Hall on Sunday, April 14th from 2-5pm.
