What's Next? - Navigating Work Decisions

What’s Next?
Chapter 1: Making choices about work
Should I stay where I am, try something new, work less, or give an idea more space?
Questions about work rarely come with one obvious answer. This 90-minute workshop offers a chance to step back, consider what matters to you, and explore how we can make choices when we cannot know exactly where they will lead.
You do not need to be facing a major career change or arrive with a clear question. No knowledge of psychology is needed.
What we’ll do
1. A short introduction from the facilitator
Together we’ll explore, in simple and practical terms:
> What psychology and self-help often suggest about making choices
> The difference between solving a problem and making a decision without one perfect answer
> How we can relate to change without having everything figured out
2. Individual reflection
You’ll be guided through a few questions to explore what currently shapes your choices about work.
3. Conversation
> We’ll share perspectives and learn from how others approach similar questions. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels right.
4. Closing
We’ll gather the main insights from the evening and briefly introduce the next workshop.
