Folk 182? Yes it's real, but yes it's also on April 1st - a folk and country tribute to Blink 182 at the Drunken Poet, for their Tuesday Tribute series. We think that Blink 182 are excellent, particularly their lyrics, and that they could work as a folk or country band but just happen to have existed in a particular genre and era. Don't agree? Listen and decide! This pet idea suddenly got legs a few weeks ago, and we roped in Greg Steps too because Sarah once had a conversation with him about exactly this. Part of the schtick of the show is that he isn't 100% convinced of their merits. Well: it's alright to tell me what you think about me.
