See you on the dance floor!** Please note that the dance starts at Warm up. The doors close promptly at Opening Circle and any that come late will be turned away. Please be on time to ensure a safe and secure container. **
Warm up: 8:30am, Dance at 9:00am

Intention: What's Going On?
A friend of mine told me he is taking a news fast. I replied that it was a tempting idea, but "I want to know what's going on."
Really?
While it might be important to stay informed, is the news really what's going on?
Or is it:
The sun comes up every day.
Seasons change.
Plants are growing.
Our bodies are breathing in and out.
We are in relationship with each other.
People are serving each other - how many contributed to me having breakfast today?
And once again we are gathering in community to move our bodies in harmony and appreciate the gift of music.
What's going on for you?
