An interactive, relaxed and accessible original production, for all the family about recycling with a Piratey twist!
About this Event

Landlubbers... join us for bottle top treasure, sea shanties and a mischievous giant plastic bag Squid in this hilarous and interactive family show! Legendary Pirates Flotsam and Jetsam are no ordinary buccaneers of folklore; they are the founding members of the PPPI. The Plastic Plundering Pirates Initiative.

Stranded on a desert island with nothing to eat but coconuts they hatch a plan to escape by building a pirate ship constructed from the mass of sea plastic that washes ashore daily. Join us aboard the great Polymer Poseidon; the most pliable pirate ship on the high seas, for adventures and tales of the great storm.

Flotty and Jetty are on a quest to boldly go where no Pirate has gone before…The Great Pacific Trash Vortex. But first they must restock their cargo and need your help. Join their mad-cap shenanigans of all things pirate and plastic.

This performance is best suited for children aged 5 and up, but all families are welcome. Adults go free. Children must be supervised throughout the show.

Doors will open at 13.50. We ask that families arrive promptly to the performance.
