Your yoga practice has a shape β and so does your day. Forward folds, malasana, crescent lunges, half splits β beautiful movements. But if this is all you do on the mat AND all day at your desk, your body is getting a lot of one thing and not enough of another.In this workshop we'll move through three intentional flows to explore how flexion, extension, and balance feel in the body, examine the movement patterns we repeat daily, and discover what a truly balanced practice looks like.
No posture is bad. But too much of anything is its own kind of imbalance.

Yoga practitioners, active people, and anyone curious about how their movement habits are shaping their body.

Ashtyn Madden, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and 500-hour yoga instructor with training in yoga therapy. She brings a unique clinical lens to movement education through her mobile practice, Whole Health Physical Therapy.
