Tuti, founder of Changemaker Strategies, will lead a powerful discussion on Moving from Knowledge to Action. Drawing from her decades-long career in women’s leadership, philanthropy, and gender equity, Tuti will share her journey in developing a gender lens mandate and discuss why it is vital for all women to take charge of their financial power.

This conversation will explore practical steps needed to transition from knowledge to action in philanthropy and investing, with a particular emphasis on the importance of women entering the financial arena and for funding women of color efforts. The event will also touch on how investing with intention through a gender and racial justice lens can address economic security.

Meet Tuti
Tuti B. Scott is a prominent advocate for values-aligned investing, social justice philanthropy, women’s sports, and leadership. Founder of Changemaker Strategies and producer of the online community "Women & Money - Making Money Moves that Matter," she leads workshops and training focused on social justice and gender-lens investing. Tuti has facilitated sessions for various organizations, including Women Moving Millions and the Women’s Funding Network, and has coached numerous leaders during significant fundraising campaigns.

With a decade of experience at Tides, where she held key leadership roles including Interim CEO, Tuti played a crucial role in mobilizing social justice efforts during the pandemic. Additionally, she spent 15 years at the Women’s Sports Foundation, where she advanced gender equity in sports, expanded the organization significantly, and raised $70 million for its initiatives.

This series is designed as a community forum focused on inviting experts from the Impact Collective community to share wisdom and spark conversation about topics relating to closing the racial wealth gap.
